Salmon w/ Lemon and Rosemary Instructions
    1. Preheat air fryer to 400 ° F | 205 ° C for 5 minutes, spray the air frying pan with oil.

    2. In a medium-sized bowl add lemon juice, olive oil, rosemary, salt, and pepper.

  1. Brush the mixture on the salmon

  2. In a single layer, add the salmon to the pre-heated air frying pan. Air fry your salmon for 10 minutes at 400 ° F | 205 ° C, flipping the salmon over when the timer is at 5 minutes. Times may need adjustment depending on the size of the filet.

  3. Use a meat thermometer to make sure your fish is cooked to at least 145 ° F | 63 ° C

  4. Plate and Enjoy!

Salmon w/ Honey Ginger Instructions
  1. Squeeze lemon juice all over your salmon and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

  2. Remove salmon steaks from the refrigerator and pat dry.

  3. Preheat air fryer to 400 ° F | 205 ° C for 5 minutes, spray the air frying pan with oil.

  4. In a saucepan mix together soy sauce, honey, ginger, and garlic over medium heat. Stir until bubbly and well combined. Remove from heat.

  5. Brush the salmon steaks with the honey ginger sauce. Add salmon to the pre-heated air frying pan in a single layer.

  6. Spritz the top of the salmon with sesame oil. Sesame oil has a really great taste, but any oil will do in a pinch.

  7. Air fry your salmon for 10 minutes at 400 ° F | 205 ° C, flipping the salmon over when the timer is at 5 minutes. Times may need adjustment depending on the size of the filet.
